National Volunteers Week 2022

National Volunteers Week 2022 #bettertogether

Do you know of a volunteer who should be recognised for their contribution to the Gladstone Region community?

Then now is the time to nominate someone who you believe is worthy of recognition during National Volunteer Week.

National Volunteer Week, running from 16-22 May, is Australia’s largest annual celebration of volunteers and celebrates the contributions of Australia’s almost six million volunteers.

Before National Volunteer Week rolls around, Gladstone Regional Council is asking people to nominate someone who they would like to see recognised for their commitment to our community.

Nominations are now open and close at 9am on Tuesday, 26 April.

All nominees will receive a certificate and an invitation to attend a National Volunteer’s Week recognition celebration to be held at various locations across the region.

Nominations can be submitted online via the form below.

If you require assistance to complete the nomination form, please contact the Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct on 4976 6300.
