Overview

Certain areas within the Gladstone Region are susceptible to riverine flooding. In order to better understand, prepare for and improve flood concerns where feasible, Council is developing flood resilience projects. An important part of these projects is understanding how flooding affects our community and checking flood modelling investigations with residents who live in flood affected areas.

Understanding our community's experience with flooding is a step along the journey to resilience.
