Overview
The Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct is seeking expressions of interest from community service organisations and local community groups to deliver services, programs and activities from the Philip Street precinct. Suitable applications will support the precinct’s vision to provide a vibrant and evolving space that supports and enhances community wellbeing for all.
Eligibility Criteria
Following community engagement and a gap analysis applications are being sort from community service organisations and local community groups to deliver the services, programs and activities that align to the vision, with a special interest in the following:
- Child and family support
- Mental health support
- Allied health
- General welfare support services
- Disability services
- Drugs and alcohol support
- Multicultural support services
- Government support services
- Digital health services/access (tele-health)
- Hobby groups
Successful applicants will also display a passion for collaboration, the ability to create opportunities to improve the community’s physical and mental wellbeing, promote lifelong learning and encourage a sense of connectedness.

The Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct offers a unique opportunity for service providers and community groups to move beyond co-location to a true collaborative model, whereby all site tenants will be supported to plan, deliver and review together.
The facility provides a range of workspaces catering to different size and configuration requirements. Our hire fees are being considered in light of the facility being accessible to the community.
