"Tenants of Choice" Tenancy Skills Institute are supporting the Gladstone community to deliver the only competency-based tenancy skills course. Creating solid foundations for successful tenancies, educating and up skilling individuals who are new to renting, struggling to find a rental and maintaining a positive residential tenancy agreement.
