The annual Sport and Active Living Expo is aimed to encourage the Gladstone Region community to get involved in physical activity, healthy eating and healthy lifestyles.

Join us later that night for a Q&A with Darius Boyd. 'An Unlikely Conversation with Darius Boyd' will kick start Men's Health Week, which focuses on healthy habits, especially in sports.

- Kickstart Mens Health Week 2023
- Hosted by Aaron Schultz, founder of the Outback Mind Foundation, a health promotion charity that empowers regional men to take a proactive approach to look after their mental health
- Aaron will facilitate a conversation around mental health with our panelists, with the intention to reduce stigma and raise awareness of the services available
- Bring a chair or a picnic rug and set up on the grass and enjoy food from on-site vendors
- Merchandise signing opportunities with our panelists following the event
