The Tucka-Time program is an innovative program that has been developed, based on grassroots principles and strategies to deliver a comprehensive health, wellbeing, nutrition & cooking program for people of all ages.

This is a hands-on cooking workshop where participants will have the opportunity to create & enjoy their very own colourful grazing platter.
