At the 2 June 2020 General Meeting, Council endorsed the below Preliminary Master Plan. This is a high level, indicative layout only to assist in understanding the facility elements and land size requirements. The Concept Design phase will further refine this Master Plan to determine staging of the development and the associated capital and operational costs with each stage of the development.
