Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our website users and, as a general rule we do not collect personal information about you when you visit our site. You are able to visit our site without revealing any of your personal information.

Please note that Council will continue to maintain an internal record any deleted data deleted from the Conversations Platform in accordance with the Public Records Act 2002 (Qld).

What content does Social Pinpoint own?
Your Say website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) of Social Pinpoint and its suppliers and licensors. Social Pinpoint owns and retain all proprietary rights in the intellectual property.
